Following an exceptional start to 2026, HollenPlus is pleased to announce the appointment of Alice Hartopp as Sustainability Consultant.
Alice joins the team at a pivotal moment for the UK commercial real estate sector, as the industry moves from high-level ESG commitments toward the rigorous, data-driven requirements of the new UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard.
Alice brings a strong academic background from the University of Reading and practical experience within the planning sector. Her expertise in navigating complex regulatory frameworks and strategic local plans is a vital asset for our clients as they tackle increasingly technical demands.
