Our client was planning a refurbishment and CAT B fit-out of 13,500 sq.ft. of offices over five floors, as well as reception, communal areas and end of journey facilities.

Hollen+ was appointed to provide EPC advisory services, with the ultimate goal of securing an EPC B rating in the most cost-effective manner possible.

Our approach involved undertaking:

  • An initial energy assessment to establish the current baseline rating.

  • Detailed analysis of combinations of upgrade options, fine tuning the required efficiency of HVAC and lighting upgrades.

  • Final asset management focused upgrade recommendations.

  • EPC B successfully secured, in line with our client’s goal.
