The Strategy

This market-leading retrofit focuses on Asset Resilience. By implementing a robust decarbonisation programme, including full electrification, the project ensures long-term alignment with GRESB and CRREM 1.5°C pathways.

The Outcome

The repositioned building prioritises occupant experience and biophilic design. Key features include a new communal roof terrace, private terraces, premium end-of-journey facilities, and EV charging infrastructure, creating a destination office environment in the heart of London’s Southbank.
