The early target was to achieve a Silver / Gold WELL rating.

By engaging at the design stage, our consultants identified opportunities to score additional credits at either no cost, or low cost, through a WELL pre-assessment.

By aligning with the existing design, and collating evidence from the design team, costs were kept to an absolute minimum. This enabled the target rating to be upgraded to a Platinum rating, meeting the highest standards in building design and operation.

The client aspired to meet the highest standards for Health & Wellbeing, and was therefore fully supportive of pursuing a Platinum WELL rating.
