HollenPlus were appointed to undertake a wide range of sustainability services, in order to secure an EPC B for the entire building, as part of a wider refurbishment, which included the reception, end of trip facilities, WC’s, M&E and office floors.

We provided early stage design advice and delivered full certification, achieving a GOLD rating for both ACTIVESCORE and MODESCORE.
